Meet the Team

My background has always been centred around people, property and the outdoors. Having worked in estate agency, I developed strong organisational skills, attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of maintaining and presenting properties to a high standard. Alongside this, I’ve always had a genuine passion for horticulture, countryside management and wildlife preservation, with a strong personal connection to the outdoors through hiking and exploring the landscapes across Devon and Dartmoor.

I founded Finch Estate & Garden Services with the aim of combining these skills and passions into a professional, reliable service for homeowners. I am currently working towards my Level 3 Horticulture Diploma and continuing to build hands-on experience within grounds and estate maintenance. My long-term goal is to progress into private estate maintenance and management, providing a trusted, high-standard service that helps protect, maintain and enhance outdoor spaces for years to come.
